An amazing day at OWS
If you weren’t following my tweets you really really missed out, I was in the middle of the action all day long. Met tons of journos and was interviewed by BBC. Not to mention the final estimate of protesters was 36,000 :) WE ARE LARGER THAN EVER!

Mayor Jean Quan’s chief legal adviser resigned early this morning after what he called a “tragically unnecessary” police raid of the Occupy Oakland camp. Dan Siegel, a civil rights attorney and one of Oakland’s most active and vocal police critics, said the city should have done more to work with campers before sending in police.
